The community in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, is in shock following a terrible occurrence when a mother, Tiffanie Lucas, has been arrested in relation to a double shooting that resulted in the deaths of her two children, according to WSAZ. Lucas, 32, is being jailed without bond at the Bullitt County Detention Centre on two charges of murder.When police arrived to a Shepherdsville residence at around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, they found two boys, ages 9 and 6, shot and covered in blood in a bedroom. Despite being sent to Norton Children’s Hospital right away, the kids passed away from their wounds. It’s still unknown what motivated the tragic event.Witnesses named Lucas as the gunman, according to a police report, which resulted in her arrest and subsequent murder charges.
